We are looking for a talented and creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation  Executive Chef,  and you will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.

Qualification:

  1. Min Exp 3 years and above
  2. Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
  3. Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
  4. Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
  5. Proven working experience as a head chef
  6. Excellent record of kitchen management
  7. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  8. Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  9. Communication and leadership skills
  10. Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  11. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  12. BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
