Head Chef Required – Ubud, Bali
Lead a small team of culinary enthusiasts as part of the opening of a new ‘healthy lifestyle’ restaurant in Ubud. Reporting directly to the Chef owner, the successful Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operation of the outlet, strictly following the recipes and standards of the company.

This is a great opportunity for a young and up-coming Sous Chef who is ready to take on a greater challenge. Experience in raw, vegan, vegetarian cuisine a great advantage. Must have a great work ethic and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude. As the Head of the kitchen the successful applicant will be required to manage all ordering, hygiene and related administration so high levels of organization are required.

Salary & Benefits: IDR 8- 10 million per month + service charge
Working Hours: Flexible, must be available for evenings, weekends and split shifts
