Director of Sales
This position is responsible for the whole spectrum of the Hotel’s Sales business activities and maximizing Hotel’s revenue
- Formulate Effective Sales Strategy and Sales Plans.
- Provide leadership to the sales team in the execution of sales strategies and sales plans.
- Build strong relationship with key customers.
- Perform business planning and budgeting for the department.
- Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent people and team management skills.
- Having minimum 3-5 years’ in Hotel Industries Sales and Marketing background.
- Able to plan, organize and manage the daily operations in Sales and Marketing.
- Have a good connection to the Government and Corporate as well as travel agents both inside and outside the country and familiar with Bali Market.
