ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma or university graduated majoring in F&B industries or hotel/tourism
Minimum of 3-4 years in similar position
Indonesian language and English language spoken and written
MANAGEMENT ABILITY :
Good interpersonal skills. Good in plan and organize. Responsible and efficient.
Able to work long and irregular hours as and when required. Able to work under pressure.
PR ABILITY :
Acts as an information source for the staff as a whole
SPECIAL SKILLS :
Knowledge in F&B industries and Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Food Costing, Cooking, Budgeting)
Main Scope and General Purpose of Job:
- Make decisions with the Chef on all organization and management fields in the kitchen; ensure the implementation of these decisions
- Set up and controls the implementation of all decision concerning the preparation of the dishes, quality and appearance.
- Ensure all the time a clean working place and a safe one in all areas (Pastry, Chocolate Production, Main Kitchen and Juice Room)
- Ensure that there is always one person in charge at buffet in hotel in clear uniform and well groomed cost calculation system set-up and cost management staff organization
